Instead of listing every variation, we state the highest amount as long as it is a fair reflection of general donations from the retailer.

No. We receive donations once the return period has ended which is typically 30 days. So if you buy a computer from PC World on the 1st of July, PC World will make the donation on the 1st of August once the return period has ended.
